Solar Fast Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. How the Program Works

The Solar Fast Rewards Program allows participants to refer people for an obligation-free quote from Gas Fast t/a Solar Fast. If the referred person (referee) goes on to have a Solar Fast solar system installed, the referrer will receive a £250 reward. There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make, and rewards are paid once the referred person’s system is installed and payment has been fully received. Referrers can choose to receive payment via bank transfer or gift card.

2. A Referral Is

A referral is generated when a referrer shares their unique URL, which is created when they sign up for the Solar Fast Rewards Program. The link can be shared on any platform, and when the referee clicks on it, they will be directed to a page offering an obligation-free quote. If this quote results in a completed installation and payment, the referral is considered valid.

3. Rewards and Offers

Referrers will earn £250 for each completed referral (installation and payment received). There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can make, but rewards are only issued for successful sales. Referrers may also receive additional offers or rewards from Solar Fast in the future.

4. Issuing of Rewards and Offers

Referrers will only receive their £250 reward after the referred person’s system is installed and payment has been received. Payment will be made via bank transfer or gift card as specified when joining the Solar Fast Rewards Program.

5. Privacy

All personal information collected as part of the Solar Fast Rewards Program will be handled according to Solar Fast’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at solarfast.co.uk/privacy-policy.

6. General

6.1 These Referral Terms are published by Gas Fast t/a Solar Fast (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Solar Fast Rewards Program, both referrers and referees agree to these terms.

6.2 Referrers can invite contacts to participate in the program, but only new customers are eligible for the referral reward.

6.3 Referrers must ensure all personal information is accurate. Solar Fast may verify identity before issuing rewards.

7. Completed Referrals and Limits

7.1 A referral is completed when the referred person signs a contract and completes the installation.

7.2 Referrers may make an unlimited number of referrals, but only those who result in an installation and payment will be eligible for rewards.

7.3 Only new customers are eligible for the referral program.

8. Restrictions

8.1 The Solar Fast Rewards Program cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

8.2 Referral activities must comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations.

8.3 Referrers must not use the program for commercial purposes or post it on sites with adult content, gambling, or illegal activities.

9. Term and Termination

9.1 The Solar Fast Rewards Program runs indefinitely, but Solar Fast reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

9.2 Referrals made before the termination date will still qualify for rewards, but those after the end date may not.

10. Exclusive Relationship

Referrers are participants in the Solar Fast Rewards Program and are not authorised to bind Solar Fast legally or represent the company in any way.

11. Privacy and Information

Referrers must respect the privacy of individuals they invite to the Solar Fast Rewards Program and must inform them of the program’s terms and conditions and privacy policy before participation.

12. Amendments

Solar Fast reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, offer additional incentives, or restrict the program. Referrers will be informed of any changes.

13. Violations and Termination

13.1 Solar Fast reserves the right to cancel rewards if there is suspected tampering, fraud, or unreasonable use of the program.

13.2 Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Solar Fast may be excluded from participation.

14. Disclaimer and Indemnification

14.1 The Solar Fast Rewards Program is offered on an “as is” basis, and Solar Fast does not guarantee any benefits or outcomes from participation.

14.2 Referrers agree to indemnify Solar Fast against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation.

15. No Correspondence, Disputes, or Refunds

Solar Fast will not enter into correspondence or accept disputes about the referral rewards or any related benefits. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

16. Applicable Law

The terms are governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes will be handled by the relevant UK court.

Special Offer: Solar Fast £1,000 Referral Campaign

In replacement of the standard £250 reward for each referral, referrers can earn £1,000 for each new customer who signs a contract for a Solar Fast solar system (between 1st December 2024 to 14th January 2025), and is then installed and the balance settled. 

Eligibility

The referrer must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.

The referee must be a UK homeowner who signs a contract for Solar Fast installation during the campaign period.

Referral Reward

The referrer will receive £1,000 once the referred person’s solar system is installed and the full balance is settled.

There is no limit to the number of referrals.

Referral Process

All referrals must be tracked using the Referral Factory platform.

Referrers must sign up at https://solarfast.referral-factory.com/01nwRE to receive a unique referral link.

Referrals are only valid if the referee uses the referrer’s unique link to submit their lead form.

Promotional Period

The campaign runs from 1st December 2024 to 14th January 2025. Referrals made outside this period will qualify for the standard £250 reward.

Payment of the Referral Reward

Payment will be issued via bank transfer within 30 days of the referee’s solar installation and full balance payment.

Solar Fast reserves the right to delay or withhold payment if the referee’s payment is delayed, incomplete, or disputed.

General Terms

The £1,000 offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other reward.

Solar Fast reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

Black Friday Battery Offer Terms and Conditions  

1.You are agreeing to these Black Friday Battery Offer terms and conditions by signing up for a Solar Fast Energy System   

2. The Black Friday Battery Offer is being run by Gas Fast Ltd T/A Solar Fast hereby referenced to as Solar Fast. 

Eligibility to enter  

3. The Black Friday Battery Offer is open to entrants over 18 years of age (Solar Fast staff members are excluded from the draw) who signs up for a Solar Fast Energy System quote before Midnight on the 26th November 2023.    

4. In signing up for the Black Friday Battery Offer, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to have a Solar Fast Energy System fitted. 

5. A maximum of one offer per household is permitted.   

How to take advantage of the Black Friday Battery Offer  

6. The Black Friday Battery Offer starts on Monday 20th November 2023.  

7. Solar Fast will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

The Offer 

8. The offer will be a solar battery when purchased with a system already including a battery.  

9. The offer item is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.  

10. We reserve the right to substitute the offer item with another item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.  

11. The decision of Solar Fast regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  

Data protection and publicity  

12. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the offer being used by Solar Fast for the purposes of administering the offer, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.      

13. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Solar Fast 

Limitation of Liability  

14. Solar Fast does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the offer – save for liability for death or personal injury as a result of Solar Fast’s own negligence.   

General  

15. Solar Fast reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.  

16. The give away and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales 

 Competition Terms & Conditions

 

 1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 

2. The prize draw is being run by Gas Fast Ltd T/A Solar Fast hereby referenced to as Solar Fast. 

 

Eligibility to enter 

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and a permanent resident of Mainland UK (Solar Fast staff members are excluded from the draw).

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 

5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. 

6. The prize draw is free to enter. 

 

How to enter 

7. The prize draw is open to anyone over 18 who fills in the Facebook form before 31st October 2023. The entry period starts on 5th October 2023 and ends at 31st October at 23:59. 

9. Solar Fast will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

 

The prize 

10. The prize will be one Solar Fast Master 1000 Power Station. 

11. Solar Fast use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. 

12. The winner will be drawn at random. 

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

14. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

15. The decision of Solar Fast regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

 

Winner announcement 

16. The winner will be notified after 31st October 2023 via the email provided during subscription. 

17. Solar Fast will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. 

18. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Solar Fast reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 

 

Receipt of the prize 

19. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement. 

 

Data protection and publicity 

20. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Solar Fast for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. 

21. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at contact@solarfast.co.uk 

22. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Solar Fast. 

23. An announcement of the winners first name/social media tag will be made by Solar Fast on all active social media platforms. 

24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Solar Fast.

 

Limitation of Liability 

25. Solar Fast does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Solar Fast for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

26. Solar Fast does not provide any form of practical support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

27. Solar Fast reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 

28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
